Biddy Jobs Fees Explained: No Surprises
Quick answer: Posting a task on Biddy Jobs is always free with no listing or subscription fee; Biddy charges a small service fee only when a task is actually completed.
Transparent pricing is part of how Biddy Jobs builds trust with everyone on the platform. Nobody likes surprise fees — especially when they show up after you’ve already agreed on a price. Here’s exactly how our fee structure works, for both posters and earners.
For Task Posters
Posting a task on Biddy Jobs is always free. There’s no listing fee, no subscription required, and no charge just to receive bids. You only pay when you accept a bid and hire someone. The price you see is the price you pay — our small service fee is included transparently so you know exactly what the total cost will be before you confirm.
For Earners
Earners keep the vast majority of what they earn. Biddy Jobs charges a modest platform fee on completed tasks — significantly lower than most major gig platforms — because we believe the person doing the work should take home most of the money. There are no subscription fees, no listing fees, and no hidden charges. You bid your price, and what gets deposited into your account is that price minus a transparent, platform fee.
How Payments Are Processed
All payments are processed through Stripe, which handles secure escrow, fraud prevention, and bank transfers. Stripe’s processing fees are industry-standard and already factored into the pricing model. There are no extra “payment processing” surprise charges on top of what you see. What you agree to is what you pay or receive.
We’re building Biddy Jobs to be the platform we’d want to use ourselves — and that means honest, straightforward pricing from the start. No fine print, no gotchas, no fees designed to confuse.
